These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradervana ("Tradervana," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and trading journal application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tradervana is a personal trading journal that lets you record, import, and analyze your own trading activity, including trades imported manually, via CSV, or synced from a connected brokerage account. The Service is a record-keeping and analytics tool for your own use.
Tradervana does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, contract, or other financial instrument. Statistics, charts, and summaries shown in the Service are derived solely from data you provide or import and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
If you choose to connect a brokerage or trading platform account (such as Tradovate), you authorize Tradervana to retrieve your trade history from that provider on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or conduct of any third-party brokerage, exchange, or data provider. Your use of any connected third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the trade data and other content you submit to the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data synced from third parties will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradervana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
