The MyFundedPerps Trading Journal

MyFundedPerps logs your trades in its own dashboard. Tradervana is the journal that puts those trades next to every other prop account you run, with your drawdown floor, daily loss room and payout costs in view.

The journal is free to start and stays free. Pro adds MyFundedPerps auto-sync and the live safety net.

How it works

  1. 1

Create a read-only key and connect. In MyFundedPerps, open Settings, then API Keys, and create a key with Environment Live and Access Level Read Only. Paste it into Broker Sync on Pro and your history backfills, then new trades sync as you trade. How to sync MyFundedPerps →

  2. 2

Attach your plan's rules. Pick your plan and size from the MyFundedPerps rules in the catalog (profit target, static max loss limit, daily loss limit and inactivity window) and attach it to each account. Not sure of the numbers? MyFundedPerps rules, explained →

  3. 3

Trade with the numbers in front of you. Your dashboard shows room to your floor and your daily limit on every account, plus warnings before you get into trouble.

Built around how MyFundedPerps accounts actually fail

Room to your static max loss floor

MyFundedPerps uses a static drawdown: your starting balance minus 3%, 5% or 6% depending on the plan. It never trails. Tradervana shows your room above that floor on each account as trades come in, so you can see how much a bad day can cost before the account is gone.

Daily loss room

Select, Prime, Signature and 3% DLL Elite accounts carry a 3% daily loss limit. Tradervana tracks your room against the limit saved in your rule set from your closed trades, and raises a tilt warning when you slide toward it. MyFundedPerps measures from start-of-day equity including open P&L, so near the limit its own dashboard is the final word.

The floor lock after your first withdrawal

On Select, Prime and Signature, your first payout permanently moves your max loss floor up to your starting balance, and a withdrawal never restores the original buffer. Before you save a payout, Tradervana shows what it does to your floor and how much room you'd have left, and warns you if the withdrawal would leave your balance under the new floor.

Inactivity alerts

An evaluation fails after 30 days without a trade, and a funded account closes after 7. Tradervana knows which window applies to each account and warns you while there's still time to place a trade.

Perps and futures, side by side

If you also trade MyFundedFutures, Apex or Topstep, those accounts sit on the same dashboard. One calendar, one set of analytics, and every account's room on one screen.

Your real net, not just your payouts

A payout isn't profit until you subtract what it cost to get there. Log challenge fees and resets against each account, log payouts as they land, and Tradervana shows spent versus taken home versus net, by account. How the payout tracker works →

And more

A monthly AI debrief, the pass plan simulator, and the same account on web, iOS and Android.

Frequently asked questions

Does Tradervana auto-sync MyFundedPerps?

Yes, on Pro. Create a read-only, live API key in your MyFundedPerps settings (Settings, then API Keys), paste it into Broker Sync, and your fills sync in automatically, with each MyFundedPerps account tracked as its own account. Trading fees and funding are counted in each trade's costs. The connection is read-only and can't place or change orders.

MyFundedPerps already has a journal. Why use Tradervana?

MyFundedPerps logs your closed trades inside its own dashboard, and that's a fine place to review them. Tradervana is for seeing your MyFundedPerps account next to your other prop accounts in one place: one calendar, one set of analytics, rule room across firms, a payout and cost tracker, and an AI debrief that looks across all of them.

Can I track MyFundedPerps and futures prop accounts together?

Yes. MyFundedPerps accounts sit on the same dashboard as accounts from Apex, Topstep, Lucid, MyFundedFutures and others, each with its own rule set, so you can see every account's room at a glance or filter down to one.

Does it track the MLL lock after my first withdrawal?

Yes. On Select, Prime and Signature, MyFundedPerps permanently moves your max loss floor up to your starting balance after your first withdrawal. When you log that payout in Tradervana, the floor moves up the same way, and the payout form warns you beforehand, showing how much room you'd have left. Elite accounts have no lock, and Tradervana doesn't track the funded news windows.

How does Tradervana measure the 3% daily loss limit?

From your closed trades for the day, against the limit saved in your rule set. MyFundedPerps measures from start-of-day equity including open P&L, resetting at midnight New York, so on a day with open positions its own dashboard is the final word.

Is it free to try?

The journal is free and doesn't expire. Pro is optional and adds auto-sync, live rule tracking and the alerts. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial.
